A Lawfare Plot Unravels, Exposing Judiciary’s Betrayal of Trust

A Judge’s Shadowed Verdict

In a Baltimore courtroom, an immigration judge granted Kilmar Abrego sanctuary from deportation to Guatemala, where his family’s pupusa trade faced gang threats, yet left his native El Salvador unmentioned. This due process was delivered to Mr. Kilmar Abrego in October 2019. He had an appeal hearing - which he skipped. Justice was rendered - due process delivered - twice. But, there’s a fly in the ointment. El Salvador wasn’t mentioned because the gangs who threatened Kilmar Abrego’s life are in Guatemala - not El Salvador. This verdict, cloaked in compassion, now ignites a storm, for Abrego’s expulsion reveals a man who fled the due process he was offered—a truth the judge knew, just as another ignored evidence sparing a general and debunking a president’s foreign ties. Why does this verdict haunt our justice system? Where does its trail of deception lead us? How could a missing document and a tainted lawyer unveil a plot to undermine a presidency? On April 25, 2025, a revelation broke, exposing a judiciary’s hidden hand that imperils every citizen’s faith. This unveils a saga demanding our scrutiny.

A Republic Divided

Kilmar Abrego, a Salvadoran who slipped across the U.S. border in 2012, stood before an immigration judge, his family hounded from El Salvador and later Guatemala by Barrio 18’s extortion of their pupusa business^[2]. The judge’s order, granting withholding of removal, shielded Guatemala but not El Salvador, a pivot now fueling discord. The reason this matters is that in our first installment of The Signal Trap, Judge Boasberg accepted the gang-banger’s attorney’s false premise that the wife-beating terrorist couldn’t return to El Salvador, was because his life was threatened there by “gangs”. The problem is, the Article Two Immigration court’s findings of fact had already rendered Abrego “Due Process” - and determined that sending him back to El Salvador (San Salvador, capital city) was “ok” - and the deportation order to El Salvador was granted. Of course, the felony fugitive evaded that particular court hearing - just as Judge Boasberg ignored the findings of fact and procedural “due process” Judge Boasberg falsely declared was never rendered. It was rendered - and the verdict of the court was crystal clear - deport the illegal alien villain.

And here’s where we run into a bit of a jurisprudential SNAFU - Judge Boasberg was at the time Kilmar Abrego was ordered deported completing his fourth illegal FISA approval against Trump, working the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court desk, and reporting directly to Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts!

Six years later, in 2025, President Trump’s administration deported Abrego to San Salvador, prompting the radical left to cry “tyranny,” while X voices championed its legality, citing the order’s silence^[6]. Some demand Abrego’s return, invoking due process; others see a leftist scheme to sow chaos. And none have yet uttered - not those investigating - or, those sitting on the bench who knew - that this miscarriage of justice was happening wrapped in judicial robes of sage authority. But, as we covered in The Signal Trap, Judge Boasberg had to break Habeas laws to do it. Consequently, we turn to evidence that lays bare a pattern of judicial deceit.

Why should we care? This case pierces the veil of justice, revealing a lawfare trap woven in court. Attorney Robert Gouveia, in a YouTube exposé, disclosed the immigration judge’s order protected Abrego from removal to Guatemala due to Barrio 18 threats, yet made no such barrier for El Salvador. “The judge wrote, ‘Homeland has failed to show… changed circumstances in Guatemala,’” Gouveia stated at the 1:58 mark, underscoring the Guatemala focus,

A required minute order, meant to specify the removal country, is missing, hinting at negligence or a calculated snare. This unveils a question: was this omission a trap?

What’s the real story? Gouveia fingered Erez Ruvani, Abrego’s attorney, later suspended, as a potential architect. “This was a poison pill from the beginning,” he declared at the 6:16 mark, suggesting Ruvani’s “error” claim was crafted to provoke a deportation that could be weaponized against Trump Ruvani’s Maryland filing, followed by Judge James Boasberg’s D.C. class action push—despite Texas’ habeas jurisdiction—smacks of orchestration^[8]. Boasberg’s past is revelatory: he approved four FISA warrants for Crossfire Hurricane, ignoring evidence that cleared General Michael Flynn and debunked Trump’s Russia ties, now laid bare by Trump’s March 25, 2025 declassification^[4]. This mirrors Abrego’s case, where due process was offered but evaded, a fact the judge knew yet buried.

Can We Trust A Broken Judiciary?

We’ve characterized the “radical left” press (paid cheerleaders and information warfare paramilitary mercenaries for the communist cabal) as “race baiting, poverty pimping” apologists. The idea behind the phrase is that those who practice this behavior tend to amp-up (distort) racial and class division, to excite what Karl Marx called “class warfare” - amplifying division, while eroding communal cohesion. The fact that they are paid to do it attests to the ‘pimping’ role, and it is plain for all to see. For example, the radical left press casts Trump as a “Nazi” targeting “brown skin,” as an MSNBC & CNN commentators claimed: “Trump’s deportation policy is authoritarian, tearing families apart for political gain.”

Of course, this isn’t true. But to those still asleep, this seems reasonable - as the false projections tend to stick when considering conservative comments taken out of context or even fabricated altogether. Examples of this are plentiful: “Trump is a Russian Spy,” “Trump is a Nazi,” “half of Trump supporters into what I call ‘basket of deplorables,’ right? They’re “racists, sexists, homophobic, xenophobic, islamophobic, you name it” according to failed Democrat Presidential candidate, Hillary Clinton at a New York City political rally.

Apparently any form of slander or final solution directed at a political enemy might be warranted? These are ‘the usual suspect’ political declarations by probably the most polarizing character in the history of democratic elections. And Hillary political aspirations aren’t hissed in a vacuum. Many of her Democrat confederates welcome the opportunity to put on that hood. But, what’s noteworthy - the supposedly independent press on the left (CBS, NBC, ABC, MSNBC, PBS, CNN, etc) call them out on this outright social fabric-ripping behavior. And their silence amplifies the wrap-up smear characterizations, which leftist-sympathizers in Congress then merchandize for maximum impact on the society at large.

Currently, president Trump’s administration has over 200 legal assaults by radical left prosecutors and their inside baseball judges ready to call balls and strikes in favor of the leftist’s new order. As we documented in The Signal Trap, these judges are willing to break the law to exact their political agenda. But what’s novel, these torchlight parade projections are coming from behind the judicial bench. We’ve never seen this before. At least not in these United States! And our system is struggling to grasp the immensity and gravity of this ethical and constitutional betrayal. Judges are supposed to be blind to party and person - duty bound only to the law and the facts. When judges distort the facts to exact new laws from behind the bench, they become defacto-kings - dictators of their own ruin, holding court with their fellow travelers and breaking the laws to suit their hidden purpose.

Conservatives, of course, shred their narratives with evidence: the order’s silence on El Salvador, Abrego’s domestic violence allegations, Abrego’s transnational terror and human trafficking ties - coupled with his failure to appear at legal hearings - even when those October 2019 hearings provide ‘Due Process’ orders to deport the gang-banging, human trafficking, wife beating, narco-trafficking terrorist (DHS and Court findings of fact, not my opinion)^[19].

And, the Department of Homeland Security proved these allegations had teeth, “Kilmar Abrego Garcia is a MS-13 gang member, illegal alien from El Salvador, and suspected human trafficker. The facts reveal he was pulled over with eight individuals in a car on an admitted three-day journey from Texas to Maryland with no luggage,” said Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin. “The facts speak for themselves, and they reek of human trafficking. The media’s sympathetic narrative about this criminal illegal gang member has completely fallen apart. We hear far too much about the gang members and criminals’ false sob stories and not enough about their victims.”^[7].

What’s the data say? The Supreme Court vacated Boasberg’s injunctions in April 2025, signaling overreach^[8]. But unlike President Trump’s ‘impeach unjust judges’ social media comments which Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts publicly rebuked, Justice Roberts chose to remain silent as his friend, FISA Court colleague and Inns Of Court secret brother in black broke the law and legal precedent to exact his decade-long revenge against political enemy, President Trump. Consequently, we explore a geopolitical layer - what could possibly motivate a sitting Federal District Court Judge - and Supreme Court Chief Justice to acquiesce to breaking the law to save their hidden legal agenda? And, what are the characteristics of that hidden legal agenda?

Who’s Paying The Price?

In El Salvador, President Nayib Bukele refuses to release Kilmar Abrego, citing sovereignty, a stance rooted in Abrego’s undisputed membership in Barrio 18, designated a Foreign Terrorist Organization by U.S. courts in 2019, as confirmed in findings stating, “Abrego’s affiliation with Barrio 18… poses a significant threat”^[1]. “How can I return a terrorist to the United States? Like I smuggle him in?” Bukele told Fox News on April 14, 2025, leveraging a $6 million U.S. deal to detain deportees at CECOT, aligning with his anti-gang crusade,

This terrorist designation, absent from Judge Boasberg’s initial rulings, obliterates claims of his impartiality, as he sidestepped court-established facts to push a class action in D.C., where leftist political leanings and sympathetic rulings are not in dispute. The left’s apology tour, led by Senator Van Hollen (also of Maryland, where Abrego’s leadership in nationwide child trafficking is alleged to have emanated from), collapses as moderates reject “constitutional crisis” rhetoric, per Breitbart’s 22 April, 2025 reporting: “Rep. Maxine Dexter (D-OR) is claiming President Donald Trump “illegally abducted” 29-year-old Kilmar Abrego Garcia, an illegal alien accused of being an MS-13 gang member as well as domestic abuse and human trafficking, after he was deported to his native El Salvador.”^[14] Was Senator Van Hollen defending a dutiful smuggler and human trafficker, of which he was receiving a piece of the action? And why are the judges (and their peers) weighing in on the clearly illegal behavior? Breaking immigration laws is against the law. Breaking jurisprudential law (venue) is illegal. Making essentially political mandates from a judges bench is illegal. And the entirety of the court (save Supreme Court Justices Alito and Thomas) are silent as the grave over this judicial coup d'état. This demands we confront a judiciary’s complicity in obscuring truth, just as it demands we consider, is this a constitutional crisis? And if so, what sort of constitutional crisis might it be?

Why We Should Care & How Does This Affect Our Wallet?

Judicial overreach doesn’t just strain the public purse—it frays the fabric of our freedoms. Attorney Robert Gouveia’s exposé on the Kilmar Abrego case reveals a costly judicial misstep: Judge James Boasberg’s push to certify a class action in D.C., despite Texas being the proper habeas jurisdiction, inflates legal expenses, skews blind justice to prefer politically disproportionate application of the law and further burdening taxpayers with the costs of prolonged litigation, government attorneys and terrorist, wife-beating and gang-affiliated extortion across the country^[1]. Gouveia highlights a 2019 order by Judge David M. Jones, intended to protect Abrego from removal to Guatemala due to Barrio 18 threats against his family’s pupusa business, yet lacking a clear minute order specifying the country of removal^[1].

This ambiguity—whether sloppiness or a deliberate trap—enabled Abrego’s deportation to El Salvador, sparking a firestorm that drains public resources on legal battles while obscuring accountability^[1]. Stephen Miller, Deputy Chief of Staff, warned on Fox News that such judicial activism, blocking deportations of potential threats, risks national security, leaving communities to bear the cost of unchecked crime and eroded safety^[15].

Vice President JD Vance, speaking in India, underscored that Abrego, an MS-13 member with a valid deportation order, received due process, yet radical judges layer excessive process to paralyze immigration enforcement, defying the American people’s mandate from November 2024^[16]. When courts prioritize personal agendas over law, they siphon funds from public coffers and undermine the democratic will, leaving taxpayers and freedoms to pay the price.

This unveils a troubling nexus, where personal bonds may sway rulings, undermining public trust. Consequently, we probe deeper into the lawfare’s architects.

There's actually a deeper issue going on, which is that you see some radical judges at the district court level who were trying to layer so much quote-unquote ‘process’ on top of the immigration system that it makes it impossible to function. We have over 20 million illegal aliens in the United States of America. Are we not allowed to deport them? Because if we're not allowed to deport them, then what these district courts are saying is fundamentally they reject the will of the American people as it was expressed in November of 2024. We just reject that.

What’s the human angle? Abrego’s family, fleeing gang extortion, became pawns in a judicial game, their plight echoed by X users like @TomHoman_: “The left’s lies crumble under evidence”. And this new evidence smacks of the very same Trayvon Martin, Elián González, George Floyd weaponized Color Revolution race baiting we’ve seen so many times^[9]. It’s the same plan, because the people don’t recall when it’s been employed on us before - but that was from an era during which we were in a psychologically induced trance. We were asleep. And now, we can see clearly that this leads to the stakes of a broken system - a broken country - and misery for all.

If Boasberg’s D.C. maneuver, defying Texas jurisdiction, reflects a pattern of bias—mirrored by his FISA abuses in Crossfire Hurricane, now exposed^[4]—will he be removed? Could his court face a probe for subversion, its ethical lapses laid bare? Chief Justice John Roberts, who rebuked Trump’s impeachment calls, oversees this system; but his complicity silence in FISC partnership with Boasberg amid declassified truths casts doubt on his neutrality^[3]. This isn’t about politics – it’s about the rules we all play by – it’s about fairness – it’s about the law itself. And here’s why we should care:
