It’s clear to the American people that our government has been more interested in serving it’s patrons than the American people. Let’s compare and contrast to illustrate the obvious: In war torn Ukraine where the CIA established dozens of bioweapons labs and dangled NATO membership over Azov Battalion brothers, there was no end to the snowstorms of American taxpayer cash & NGO laundromats working overtime through FTX exchanges. Money was flowing fast & furious - and with no end in sight, until the Bear showed up on Zelenskyy’s doorstep.

Now, let’s contrast that with how these same ‘public servants’ satisfied American citizen’s emergent needs: North Carolina FEMA fiasco, Hawaii/Maui Fire Aid debacle, Los Angeles firestorm & water management catastrophes paint the picture. Hundreds of millions if not billions needed to save these cities and states - and what’d they get? Less than one of Hunter’s pay by the hour friends at a Kiev disco; all for a 20-minute song and dance.

Sure, these public ‘servants’ may have arrived with an ambition of “service,” but today, their circle of friends doesn’t include the American people: No trillions, not billions, much less millions. Censorship, raids, deplatforming, terrorist designations - that’s about it. Oh, plus, raging inflation and higher taxes. And this sort of oceangoing piracy has been happening in each of our federal government branches - executive, legislative and even judicial - and this for a very long time. It was as if the parents had gone out of town leaving teenage kids in charge of the House, the liquor cabinet & the keys to the Corvette. Except some of their invited Hunters that came to the weekend bash and brought some blow, too. Think Risky Business meets The Distinguished Gentleman.

Meanwhile, in the backroom and offsite parlors, these children of the corn have been planting weaponized insurrection in defiance of the will of the American people, even as their DEI agenda re-programmed their kids. It’s been a klub-house [sic] - and “American interest” wasn’t invited.

On April 30, 2025, President Donald Trump stunned the nation at a White House press conference, hinting he may suspend habeas corpus to secure the border and deport illegal alien invaders, particularly state-sponsored soldiers from Tren de Aragua (TdA), MS-13, and ISIS, who have infiltrated American soil ^{[1, 7]}.

This drastic measure, aimed at countering judicial abuses blocking deportations, comes as USAID and the State Department funnel $1.4 billion through 248 NGOs to facilitate mass migration, a scheme to shift demographics and political power ^{[2, 8]}. Chief Justice John Roberts, implicated in the World Justice Project (WJP) alongside USAID’s globalist agenda, faces scrutiny for eroding judicial independence ^{[3, 11]}. Our 2019 Habeas Corpus broadcast presumed this crisis would unfold—15 million illegal crossings under Biden, an “invasion” enabled by complicit judges, as DC_Draino and Tom Homan warned^{[9, 12]}.

Our inaugural series, Merchants of Menace^[17], drew its name from Shakespeare’s The Merchant of Venice, a play that laid bare the perils of the noble & legal classes risking fortunes in international trade adjudicated by “noble” courts. They never mentioned that the Balinese Gold Bars which paid for the trade, were in exchange for slaves - and the Ba’al Stamp on the gold bars, a hidden city of luxury on a far away island. In Shakespeare’s tale, these nobles guaranteed loans with a grim promise: failure to repay the usurious terms would cost them their very lives—a pound of flesh carved out as collateral, payable on demand. Yet beneath this Elizabethan drama lies a cold-blooded truth currently haunting our modern fiat currency system. When fiat banks conjure loans from thin air, deploy them through intelligence handlers as ‘gifts’ of the state (eg. IMF, ‘International Monetary Fund’) demanding repayment with interest, the principal value of the traded goods becomes a shackle with no key—ensuring the interest can never be fully repaid. This design serves the bankers’ ultimate aim: to always claim their pound of flesh in the end. Shakespeare wasn’t a prophet, he was describing statecraft reality.

Merchants of Menace was an eleven-part series: investigation or outline of what we hoped to cover over the next 7 years, carried a two-fold alliterative weight: it unmasked the menacing nature of bankers while pointing to their enduring stronghold in Italy, the historic seat of the Black Pope. Episode four, called Habeas Corpus revealed that Trump’s ultimate play would be to suspend the rule of law, just as Lincoln, Grant & FDR had done.

Today’s bankers and judges, no less ruthless, still demand their pound of flesh, with we the people cast as unwitting ESG guarantors in their slave trading scheme. As in Shakespeare’s time, corrupt judges step into the fray, ensuring judgments fall heavily upon the accused—the disfavored—whether righteous or not, a timeless pattern now unfolding before us. It’s like any Shakespearean drama unfolding at The Globe theater - a play repeating once per afternoon on weekdays, and twice on Saturdays, when nobody’s looking. This is the grim model of our present crisis: a constitutional reckoning where justices and cross dressing prosecutors, acting as executors of a global slave trade, stand poised to perpetuate bondage.

A Studied Warning from 2019

In March 2019, our broadcast began and foresaw (1) Trump losing power (somehow – we didn’t know how), (2) a Democrat administration that’d take it’s place, (3) would open our borders to an invading hoard—(4) hiding foreign troops while carrying (5) unrelated children across the boarders to warm the hearts and minds of the still sleeping American electorate. We pointed out that these were (6) funded by Soros-linked NGOs which we’ve subsequently learned are re-funded via USAID’s $1.4 billion annually ^{[1, 2, 8]}. This was research results, Q commentary and was reported after much prayer.

What we didn’t know? How these invading paramilitary troops crossing our border would be disguises with US military costumes, gear, funding and ammunition. Where and how would they get the stolen military loot? We never dreamed that any U.S. President could be so stupid or even get away with leaving nearly a hundred billion worth of military outfits, electronic gear, machinery, helicopters, aircraft weaponry and ammunition – along fat stacks of nearly $10 billion in cold hard, unmarked cash - to be left in the hands of Taliban terrorists with Chinese PLA ties.

When Biden ‘accidently’ blundered during the Afghanistan withdrawal, he left the Taliban and the Iranian Intelligence Network that arms and funds them with $85 billion in U.S. weapons, arming cartels, while a bioweapon (COVID-19, not Bird Flu, as we supposed) killed millions. He also gave the CCP a military base with massive runways for their largest planes - at the far end of their silk & road overland route. We, of course, knew about AI silencing dissent like a digital Operation Trust ^{[1, 4]}, but we never considered that our own Intel agencies, elected officials, bankers and Tech Giants would conspired to intercept mail and destroy any who dared report on their plans. We experienced all those things in real time, and many others who did never lived to tell the tale. We had whistleblowers, too, filming Wuhan’s little shops of horror from the inside out, inside China’s Politburo, inside Ukraine’s NGO hub distributing the DTRA contracts & dollars, all vanished without a trace after our exposes—families erased, their fates a silent testament to the stakes^[17].

 “I wanna know, was there like a ‘65’ project in Yugoslavia? Did they try to disbar the
lawyers there? The a BA, I wanna know what exactly the American Bar Association
was doing with tens of millions of dollars of USAID payments to influence what is
supposed to be impartial judges and courts around the world.

And as we know, the Chief Justice of the United States, the Chief Justice of the
Supreme Court, John Roberts traveled to the Czech Republic to live in the house
of Norm Eisen so that he and Norm Eisen between 2011 and 2014. Twice he did
this could work together on European and American rule of law issues. Well,
John Roberts was Chief Justice. He was Chief Made Chief Justice in 2005.”^[21]

We’ve since learned USAID’s Bureau of Population, Refugees, and Migration (PRM), under Juliette Valls Noyes, coordinates this through 248 NGOs, including faith-based groups like Catholic and Lutheran organizations, providing cash cards, food, and shelter to migrants, per Todd Bensman^{[2, 5, 6, 13]}. The truth is stark: our tax dollars, funneled through the UN’s UNHCR and IOM, are fueling this invasion, while elites spin it as “humanitarian aid” to mask their power grab ^{[2, 14]}.

Trump’s Leopard Spots: Baiting the Trap

Trump excels at exposing fools using their own pride against them. Michael Cohen’s Stormy Daniels debacle unmasked legal overreach; Elizabeth Warren’s DNA test demolished her credibility; Hunter Biden’s laptop, dismissed as “Russian disinfo,” ousted 51 intel loyalists and proved the criminal conspiracy marketed by another name by 2025^[1]. President Trump’s calculated moves, planned years out, darkly amusing when each trap snaps shut. Pocahontas, The Rat, The Vacuum Cleaner – nicknames that stuck.

In 2025, Trump targeted judges, suggesting impeachment, prompting Roberts’ defensive outburst: “Impeachment is not an appropriate response to disagreement”^[1]. At a press conference, Tom Homan called the 15 million crossings an “invasion,” warning, “This is about selling the country off for future political power,” while Karoline Leavitt added that complicit judges face prosecution^{[9, 12]}.

So, why would Roberts defend this illegal alien invasion? We can see from Roberts’ defensive outburst, Trump is living rent free in Roberts' brain. And keep in mind, Trump was right, of course. Over the course of U.S. history, there’ve been 15 Federal Judge impeachments and more than a few dozen state court impeachments. Impeachment is the legal process for removing corrupt or compromised judges (or, those who bring 'disrepute' upon the bench - think 'crimes & misdemeanors' sort of breadth). Plus, there are instances where stupid judges doing stupid things have indeed been removed through impeachment, that is, for those who refused to step down once confronted. But the fact that Roberts' rebuked Trump in the open? This is what's seismic. Roberts is watching Trump exceedingly closely and cannot contain his displeasure. But, how widespread is this judicial conspiracy?

Rep. Laura Friedman admitted to weekly Democratic lawfare meetings to undermine Trump, aligning with Mike Benz’s warnings of judicial overreach serving unelected elites^{[11, 12]}. Benz notes USAID’s historical playbook: using NGOs to control foreign judiciaries, now turned inward to influence U.S. courts via WJP^{[3, 11]}. The spin? Democrats claim it’s “democracy protection,” but the truth is a coordinated assault on Trump, with 222 cases as evidence^[1]. This builds on a deeper betrayal: the judiciary, meant to uphold justice, is a tool of unrepresentative forces.

The Malta Mystery and Roberts’ Network

Trump’s 2012 tweet about Roberts’ Malta trip—“Maybe he should stay there”—was a calculated jab^[1]. Malta, a historic hub for slave trade wealth, remains a financial fortress tied to global elites^[1]. Roberts claimed he was teaching, but whispers of Knights of Malta meetings, linked to Vatican finance, persist—a lead worth chasing^[1]. The World Justice Project, backed by Roberts and USAID, pushes “rule of law” abroad, but Benz reveals its role in destabilizing nations for “new orders,” now targeting U.S. courts^{[3, 11]}. Judge James Boasberg’s 2025 rebuke of Trump, alongside Roberts’ WJP ties, signals a judicial network rattled by exposure^[3].

USAID coordinates this through PRM, partnering with the UN’s UNHCR and IOM, as seen in their 2023-2025 Framework for Cooperation^[14]. Funds flow to 248 NGOs, providing debit cards, shelter, and transport to migrants, while WJP exerts legal influence—diplomatically pressuring judges or funding “reform” initiatives that align courts with globalist goals^{[2, 3]}. The Open Society Foundation, a key player, benefits by advancing a borderless agenda, weakening national sovereignty for corporate and geopolitical gain^[11]. This isn’t conspiracy; it’s a documented pattern of influence, eroding the republic’s foundation.

Habeas Corpus: The Endgame

Our 2019 broadcasts predicted a “fog of war” from foreign operatives—TdA, MS-13, ISIS, and Chinese spies in fake U.S. uniforms—triggering a habeas suspension like Lincoln (1861), Grant (1871), and FDR (1941)^[16]. By 2025, 15 million illegal crossings, including TdA’s crime wave in Ohio and Chinese nationals in New Mexico, scream “invasion” while backing up what the data was showing us^{[1, 12]}. Trump hinted on April 30: “There are ways to mitigate it… one way that’s been used very successfully by three presidents”^{[7, 10]}. The 222 coordinated cases against him prove judicial weaponization—a crisis demanding action^[1]. Public trials of these operatives could force Roberts to confront WJP’s role or lose public trust, escalating the constitutional stakes. But, don’t hold your breath for Roberts to allow it.

The Trigger and the Rope

A 2025 border attack, cartel terror strike, or Chinese cyberhit could trigger Trump’s habeas suspension, but the groundwork is already laid with TdA, MS-13, and ISIS operatives embedded across the heartland^[1]. X posts report TdA in Ohio, running extortion rackets, and Chinese nationals in New Mexico, some tied to espionage, while $85 billion in U.S. weapons from Afghanistan now arm cartels in Texas^{[1, 2]}. Another possible trigger to suspend Habeas Corpus, is for the Supreme Court’s Chief Justice John Roberts to rule that each illegal alien invader needs a trial. Thus, to prosecute a defense of the country, Trump would be faced with holding complete trials for every illegal alien in the country – a process that could take a few hundred thousand years, given the total number of illegal alien cases to wade through. And this is simply not possible. A ruling like this, would arm Trump with the perfect excuse to trigger suspension of the Rule of Law and force these military aged invaders from the country at the point of a gun.

And remember, American communities continue to suffer: Aurora, Colorado, reports TdA taking over apartment complexes, extorting residents, while Springfield, Ohio, faces school overcrowding and hospital strain from 20,000 Haitian migrants—locals like Mary Thompson, a 62-year-old retiree, say, “We can’t afford groceries anymore; our town’s unrecognizable”^{[1, 12]}. The human toll is stark—crime spikes, resources dwindle, and citizens feel abandoned by a judiciary that blocks deportations, as Homan noted^[9]. Trump’s strategy lets adversaries overreach—USAID’s NGOs, complicit judges, and Democratic lawfare meetings exposed and admitted to by Friedman—handing Trump the rope to justify the employment of emergency Presidential powers^{[11, 12]}.

Geopolitically, the UN and Open Society Foundation gain by weakening U.S. sovereignty, aligning with corporate interests seeking cheap labor and fractured political influence—Benz highlights how WJP’s judicial “reforms” mirror tactics used in Eastern Europe to install compliant courts ^{[3, 11]}.

USAID’s mechanisms are clear: PRM disburses funds to NGOs via grants, as seen in their 2023 HIAS agreement, while IOM provides transport logistics, moving migrants northward^{[13, 14]}. The 15 million crossings aren’t organic—they’re engineered, a deliberate demographic shift to “sell the country off,” as Homan warned^[9]. Trump’s habeas plan, if paired with Supreme judicial hijinks, could expose this network, but risks backlash if courts, already compromised, strike back—pushing to lawfare specialists to impeach and remove Trump (again, and as stated by Norm Eisen’s groups) Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts could force the republic toward an existential crisis^[1]. The rope tightens; the question is who hangs first.

Conclusion: A Republic at the Brink

This crisis transcends politics—it’s a battle for the republic’s soul. USAID’s $1.4 billion scheme, judicial overreach, and 15 million illegal crossings threaten the foundation of representative governance^{[2, 12]}. Our 2019 whistleblowers died to warn us, their vanishings a haunting reminder of the stakes^[1]. Solutions exist: demand FOIAs on USAID and WJP, support legal challenges to judicial bias, and back policy reforms like border closure and NGO audits^[11]. Join the hunt!
