The Laptop From Hell

On October 4, 2016, a bombshell briefing revealed the Weiner laptop as a Pandora’s box of potential crimes, yet under James Comey’s watch, the FBI buried its contents, signaling a chilling intent to conceal. FBI Agent John Coleman briefed Comey on more than 600,000 emails tied to Hillary Clinton, many linked to Huma Abedin—Clinton’s closest aide and Anthony Weiner’s then-wife—alongside evidence of “Crimes Against Children”^[15]. These weren’t just emails; they were documents, text messages, audio, video, secrets, databases, networks - they were a potential gateway to mother of all espionage, with Abedin’s deep ties to Harvard University, now under scrutiny for connections to the CCP-PLA and the Harvard University Muslim Alumni’s [HUMA] Iranian-Intelligence links.

And these ties reveal the radical left’s heart of darkness raising questions of foreign influence at the heart of the “Get Trump” cabal. The interchangeability of Huma Abedine’s given name with the Harvard University Muslim group name caused useful ambiguity in the subsequent reporting and appeared to falsely justify discrediting claims by defenders of the Iranian espionage network.

The Iranian Intelligence connections between Huma Abedin, Hillary Clinton’s close associate and Valerie Jarett, Senior Advisor to President Barack Obama remain uninvestigated and unexplained to this day. However, the Biden Administration’s depositing of nearly $100 Billion in military gear, US military uniforms, weapons, vehicles, combat aircraft cash, gold bullion and intelligence dossiers on ‘friendly’ Afghanistan/Iranian proxies in the region, coupled with handing over militarily significant airbases and opening up a direct over-land route for Iranian oil for Chinese pipelines certainly paint a dark picture. And, according to credible sources at the FBI & DOJ, Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama were instrumental in pulling the Biden Administration strings while ole’ Joe was out at the beach?

Posts on X allege the laptop contained an “Insurance File,” a rumored trove implicating leaders of both parties in blackmail-worthy acts, including child exploitation tied to Epstein networks. Judicial Watch exposed Comey’s FBI coordination with Clinton’s lawyer, David Kendall, to suppress the probe^[23], while Comey claimed no recall^[22]—adding to his 101 obfuscations—despite a federal warrant issued on September 26^[23]. Patel, on May 18, 2025, revealed Comey hid documents “in rooms where people weren’t supposed to look,”^[24] part of a deliberate pattern to shield the powerful, leaving the innocent vulnerable and the guilty untouchable.

Exposing Weiner Laptop Blackmail “Insurance File”

A federal warrant was issued on September 26, 2016, but Comey delayed action until public pressure forced the probe’s reopening on October 28, 2016^[68], days before the 2016 Presidential Election(Item 21)^[55]. Judicial Watch exposed FBI coordination with Clinton’s lawyer, David Kendall, undermining the investigation(Item 96)^[23]. Patel, on May 18, 2025, revealed Comey hid documents “in rooms where people weren’t supposed to look,” reinforcing the pattern of cover-up^[57].

This scandal isn’t just about emails—it’s a vast nexus of corruption, with 480 instances of misdirection^[38] pointing to a mens rea to shield the powerful, endangering justice for all.

The Weiner Laptop’s contents extended beyond emails to alleged child exploitation, with SDNY officers reportedly vomiting upon viewing material tied to Weiner, suggesting severe content^[66]. New York Times reported^[69] the sudden (and never before seen) rise in Southern District of New York police inspectors (and even a police chief) ‘committing suicide’ at the time, but, failed to link^[70] it to viewing the contents of Huma Abedin’s “Insurance File.”^[66]

Posts on X further allege that nine of the twelve NYPD officers who viewed this file later died suddenly, fueling Trump’s “Clinton Body Count” narrative, though these claims remain unverified and lack official confirmation.

NGO & sock-puppet funded Snopes and their copycats all provided an AstroTurf green new field to support their leftist agenda and narratives, while providing counter-intelligence operatives the needed false, but ‘official’ justifications to silence all but those supportive of Deep State narratives. Snopes and other lockstep censorship raiders were quick to report the “Clinton Body Count” & “Insurance File”^[73] narratives false, without actually providing evidence to support their lockstep claims^[72]. These NGO’s apparently swat down true but inconvenient news stories and destroy the lives of those reporting on them. These covert actions apparently don’t rise to the level of criminality investigated by Comey’s FBI as racketeering cases (RICO)^[74] should?

But, Snopes’ (and related NGO assets) biased determinations drove the censorship algorithms to quash the story and cover up those “suicides”. It’s perhaps instructive to note, that as no new “Insurance Files” have been housed in SDNY lockup, there has been a cessation of the minor suicide pandemic impacting the SDNY area. I sure hope they’re ‘wearing their masks?’

Curious also, is that even though James Comey’s daughter works out of this SDNY office location^[56], and curiously, so does Maurene Comey’s husband, Lucas Issacharoff (James Comey’s son-in-law) who was and is the AUSA for the SDNY (though evidence of this has since been scrubbed from the internet - see bibliographic notes)^[56-58]. Comey’s FBI did not open an investigation into the rash of police officer deaths.

Independent sources like Just the News reported^[75] these visceral reactions^[76], and John Solomon’s reporting was followed up by The True Pundit, Thomas Paine who documented the "Crimes Against Children" claims^[77], highlighting the gravity of “Crimes Against Children” findings Comey allegedly buried (Items 98–100)^[65–66]. Just the News reporting was followed up by an Inspector’s General report^[15] which confirmed the “Crimes Against Children” reporting. Page 294 of the IG report^[15] confirms James Comey was directly briefed on the Crimes Against Children findings, Mr. Comey, as per style and pattern, attempted to deny the fact of his briefing, without actually denying it:

Espionage^[79] concerns arise from Abedin’s ties to Harvard University, now under scrutiny for connections to the CCP-PLA and Iranian espionage networks^[82-83] via the Harvard University Muslim Alumni, a claim supported by investigative reports (Items 98–100)^[81-84]. Huma Abedin’s role, backed up on Weiner’s laptop^{[21, 23, 66, 71]}, raised questions of foreign influence, with The Guardian noting her family’s alleged Muslim Brotherhood links^{[76, 84]}. Peter Strzok, a key FBI counter-intelligence figure (and double dipping as CIA operative)^[87], allegedly delayed the investigation, with familial ties to Iranian interests in the 1970s explored by Brass Balls^[85], and Barack Obama’s Secretary of State, John Kerry, having direct family ties to Iranian Military and Intelligence^{[89, 91]}. Given this constellation of facts, Strzok’s texts—“We’ll stop it”—revealed bias unexplored by Comey’s FBI, part of the FBI’s politicization under Comey^[76] where Peter Strzok’s FBI counter-intelligence role^{[87, 88]}, tended to downplay and defuse independent investigations into these foreign ties while aiding in Comey’s coverup operations^[76]. Rumors of an “Insurance File,” implicating political elites in blackmail, surfaced on X, tied to Epstein networks, though unverified, suggesting a broader cover-up Comey enabled^{[66, 88]}.

These ties remain ‘officially’ unverified, incidentally, because Comey’s FBI and even Merrick Garland’s FBI who followed Comey, fought to keep those connections secret through ‘public redactions,’ dismissive public statements and perjury under oath. Providing false exculpatory evidence also involves downplaying or ignoring true-incriminating evidence as well. Sometimes, for example, the redactions involved hundreds of pages of incriminating Congressional testimony and fact finding done behind Closed Session. Compounding these process-related obfuscations with the 480 denial of production actions^[38], along with Comey’s refusal to act, point to a mens rea to protect a cabal spanning Harvard to Washington, endangering national security.

FBI and SDNY Cover-Ups: A Divergence Under Comey

The FBI’s handling of the Weiner Laptop diverged under Comey, marking a systemic cover-up, with SDNY at its heart. The agency coordinated with Clinton’s legal team, as Judicial Watch documented, undermining the probe’s integrity (Item 96)^[23]. SDNY officers pushing for transparency faced pressure, with internal dissent suppressed, part of Comey’s various acts of misdirection^[38]. Eyewitness accounts from Just the News described officers’ vomiting after a brief video encounter of one of Huma’s Insurance Files on Weiner’s laptop. Apparently, eyewitnesses indicated the laptop’s child exploitation content was not your average pedo-friendly fare, yet Comey delayed action, reopening only under pressure^[75]. The “Insurance File” rumors, allegedly known to Comey, suggest blackmail material on elites, with WikiLeaks highlighting Clinton emails on the laptop^[38] and implicated a U.S. intelligence “hit” had been ordered for the one who leaked it [Seth Rich]. Bongino, on May 18, 2025, noted, “It creates generational crime because abused kids then become abusers,” a cost of Comey’s inaction^[43].

The SDNY, led by figures like Lucas Issacharoff, Comey’s son-in-law^[56], and Maureen Comey, involved in Epstein cases^[57], raises conflict-of-interest concerns, framing Trump while burying the Weiner findings. This divergence, enabled by misdirections and obfuscations^[38], endangered justice, leaving the innocent unprotected and the guilty shielded.

The Russia Probe—Criminal Conspiracy [Felony] Unfolds

Comey’s role in the 2016 Russia probe, Crossfire Hurricane, reveals a conspiracy fueled by 480 instances of misdirection. He initiated the investigation without sufficient predication, approving the Steele dossier despite known flaws^[25]. Comey failed to brief Trump on the probe^[50], while allowing the Clinton campaign to be briefed on foreign influence—a double standard^[52]. He ignored Steele’s media leaks and Russian disinformation in the dossier, approving surveillance of Trump associates^[51]. On March 20, 2017, Rep. Elise Stefanik grilled Comey on why he delayed briefing congressional leadership on the probe, started in July 2016, until “recently”—Comey cited “sensitivity,” as another of his obfuscations^[38]. Stefanik pressed, “The more serious an investigation, the more need to update leadership,” exposing Comey’s intent to hide^[28]. This mens rea endangered democracy, targeting a campaign while shielding another.

The Firing—A Pretext for Deeper Games

Comey’s May 9, 2017, firing by Trump, following Rod Rosenstein’s memo, is a flashpoint, with concealments, lies and obfuscations revealing intent. Rosenstein criticized Comey’s Clinton email probe handling, but Trump admitted the Russia probe was the motive—a potential obstruction of justice^[29]. Comey leaked memos about Trump’s pressure to drop the Flynn probe, a calculated move to trigger Mueller’s appointment^[30]. Mueller’s May 17, 2017, appointment by Rosenstein continued the FBI-DOJ collaboration, deepening surveillance^[17]. Comey’s various acts of misdirection—like claiming no recall of the Steele dossier’s verification—suggest a mens rea to orchestrate a narrative against Trump, as Patel noted on May 18, 2025, “They lied to a federal court to rig an election”^[18]. This firing wasn’t justice—it was a move in a larger game of espionage, endangering the nation.

The Family Web—Corruption’s Reach

Comey’s family ties extend his alleged corruption, with obfuscations hiding their roles whenever and wherever it suited them. Daughter Maurene prosecuted Ghislaine Maxwell and Sean “Diddy” Combs^{[55, 56]}, potentially shielding elite connections, while inspecting missing Epstein footage—a cover-up. Son-in-law Lucas Issacharoff continued the Maxwell case at SDNY, extending influence^[55-57] while simultaneously distancing the attack away from the Comey family name. So, knowing that Maurene and Lucas were tag teaming “crimes against children” cases - it shouldn’t surprise us to discover, Maurene was also the last one ever to see the Epstein committed suicide video before it disappeared (or, was it corrupted, ‘I don’t recall’ which)?^[33]

Meanwhile, Brother Peter, at DLA Piper, audited the Clinton Foundation during Comey’s tenure, sparking conflict-of-interest claims^[35]. Associate Nick Lewin filed an amicus brief in the Maxwell case, impacting national security^[36]. These hundreds of instances—like Comey’s failure to disclose family ties, failure to investigate in a timely manner, delaying investigation and prosecution to run out the statute of limitations clock—all point to a mens rea to protect the powerful, leaving the innocent without justice and the guilty untouchable.

The Seth Rich Cover-Up—A Murder Ignored

Comey’s alleged cover-up of Seth Rich’s 2016 murder is a haunting chapter, preceded with obfuscations, misdirections, lies, fabrication and planting of false evidence, lying before the FISA Court (and the FISC (Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court (Judge James Boasberg and Supreme Court Chief Justice, John Roberts presiding over these FISC applications and actions). Apparently, these men in black robes ‘knowingly’ received and legally accepted discredited Christopher Steele dossier information and FBI after-the-fact edited Flynn 302’s to justify continued espionage against President Trump and those in his administration. The financial and reputational damage done by this weaponized lawfare to Carter Page and General Flynn and others essentially wiped them out - yet the judges who called the shots, shrugged their shoulders and buckled down for 246 more cases of obstruction and lawfare to stop Trump’s populist agenda. So maybe, that’s the point - stop their enemies any way possible - at the ballot box, at the witness box or have the kid in Butler do it? What was his name again? At its core, if all these allegations are true, what difference would a single murder make on this mountain of injustice?

Comey purportedly suppressed or slow walked evidence linking Seth Rich to WikiLeaks, ignoring the DNC staffer’s role in leaking emails^[37]. What’s truly odd about this ‘slow-walking’ - it was done under the shadow of a then-published John Podesta email leak. Guccifer 2.0, a false email “leak” construct meant to justify CIA/FBI spying on ‘the guys who did it’ (ie. the Trump Campaign)? The Guccifer “hacks” occurred in March and April 2016 and created a whirlwind firestorm of false indignation from the DNC camp.

The following FBI “investigation” under Mueller essentially smeared out the facts, obfuscated the provenance of the leak (misdirecting to “Russia, Russia, Russia” and away from Ukraine where the servers were located). Essentially, this is yet another apparent crime within a crime by the FBI justify spying on political enemies and obfuscating the beneficiaries of the espionage. Note, outside FBI standard practice, the FBI outsourced the forensics of the Guccifer 2.0 data ‘breach’ to Crowdstrike, yet never bothered to have FBI personnel duplicate the investigative steps or challenge the findings. Crowdstrike’s actions acted as a public/private shield to escape independent OIG scrutiny.

The Guccifer 2.0 hacking became a political tool to justify targeting those in Trump’s orbit, and the Wikileaks revealed a February 2015 John Podesta email became an infamous inconvenient truth. To this day, Seth Rich’s murder remains unexplained and uninvestigated - and neither Comey nor Mueller investigated the possible Podesta motive for ‘data-leaker’ revenge on the part of the Hillary Clinton Campaign Manager and Deep State confidante, John Podesta.

Here is a snippet of John Podesta’s 22 February, 2015 to Robby Mook regarding leaks and dealing with leakers in the DNC camp (note this is a year and 4 months before Seth Rich, the DNC aid who allegedly leaked the Wikileaks hoard that provided the October Surprise for the 2016 election - so, hardly a small ‘matter’):

In the days following Seth Rich’s death, a false cover story of a botched robbery was floated and stuck - and the FBI investigation into Rich’s murder dropped the Podesta “make an example of leakers” motive faster than Monica’s stained blue dress in a re-election campaign. Remember, Podesta was Clinton’s campaign manager. The Rich murder mystery would again rise to public notice later in October, 2016 as it became politically obvious Comey’s investigative vacuum defied explanation.

Comey’s failure to investigate Rich’s murder, despite its political implications, and political opposition/motive suggests a deliberate intent to protect the DNC—a pattern seen through his hundreds of acts of misdirection and obfuscation, like his hiding of exculpatory “Russiagate” documents^{[38, 54, 59]}. Patel’s May 18, 2025, revelation of hidden Crossfire Hurricane documents underscores this secrecy^[2]. Stefanik’s 2017 questioning on Comey’s delayed briefings parallels this: if he hid a counterintelligence probe, why not a murder?^[28]. This mens rea to conceal left a family without justice, endangering truth itself.

The Benghazi Video—A Scapegoat Created

Comey’s alleged scapegoating of Nakoula Basseley Nakoula for the 2012 Benghazi video, which then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton used to hide the killing of Christopher Stevens, Sean Smith and two other undisclosed Foreign Service personnel and the disappearance of $10 Billion in Libyan gold bullion is another Comey investigative betrayal. In 2013, James Comey pursued Nakoula on false pretenses, charging him with probation violations to deflect blame for the attack^{[41, 44]}.

In the Southern District of New York, Comey served as lead prosecutor in United States v. John Gambino et al., a six-month mafia racketeering, drug running and murder trial in 1993^[94]. In 1996, Comey acted as deputy special counsel to the Senate Whitewater Committee which exonerated Hillary Clinton’s then email troubles (essentially running out the clock)^[93]. Comey also was the lead prosecutor in the case concerning the 1996 Khobar Towers terror attack bombing in Saudi Arabia (see our episode #525 // MEET JOE BLACK, 25 February, 2022 for CIA / terror connections). From 1996 to 2001, Comey was Managing Assistant U.S. Attorney in charge of the Richmond Division of the United States attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia. Virginia Eastern District includes the Central Intelligence Agency Headquarters, in Langley, Virginia.

In the weeks after 9/11, Comey was promoted to United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York (SDNY). This move, coupled with his now established pattern of ‘life’—overlapped with the then-ongoing DOJ coverup of the 9/11 investigations which, among other things, failed to mention the missing DOD $2.3 trillion described by Secretary Rumsfeld, Building 7 or it’s mysterious collapse just down the street, or the missing gold from the U.S. Federal gold depository in the basement of Building 7^[42]. During his time as AUSA for SDNY, Comey oversaw the prosecution of Martha Stewart (insider trading), Adelphia Communications Fraud, WorldCom Investigation and the Post-9/11 Terrorism/Patriot Act rollout for the SDNY (Ground Zero).

As U.S. Attorney for SDNY, Comey oversaw federal prosecutions in Manhattan, where the World Trade Center attacks occurred. His office was heavily involved in post-9/11 investigations, particularly related to terrorism financing and material support for terrorism. These efforts likely generated evidence or intelligence that fed into broader federal investigations, some of which may have indirectly informed the Commission’s work. The 9/11 Commission Report was tasked with investigating the September 11, 2001, terrorist attacks. Its staff included researchers, lawyers, and former government officials, but Comey is not listed among them, but he almost certainly had a hand in it, as he was responsible for the high profile cases which ensued. The report was based on selective interviews, document and physical evidence reviews, and testimony from figures like FBI Director Robert Mueller, CIA Director George Tenet, and New York City officials. Comey’s fingerprints aren’t on that report, but the absence of key data is.

Earlier this week, Patel’s Fox News Sunday comment, “They intentionally lied to a federal court,” applies here: Comey’s actions were calculated^[91]. And, The mens rea to obscure the truth left Nakoula as collateral damage, showing how dirty cops endanger the innocent while shielding the guilty.

The Clinton Foundation—A Shielded Empire

Comey’s alleged protection of the Clinton Foundation, starting in 2001, reveals a deep-seated intent. As FBI Director, he took over the Foundation’s foreign donation probe but failed to act^[44]. His brother Peter’s role at DLA Piper, auditing the Foundation, created a conflict of interest Comey never disclosed^[35]. Comey’s financial ties to the Foundation via HSBC further taint his actions^[46]. All these various instances—like ignoring Clinton campaign ties to the Steele dossier^[47]—suggest a mens rea to shield the Clinton Foundation, leaving the public vulnerable to unchecked corruption by the powerful.

James Comey was interviewed by the Secret Service after a cryptic Instagram post - reading '86 47' - was interpreted by Trump allies as a veiled threat to assassinate the 47th president. The Instagram Threat—The Last Straw

Comey’s “86 47” Instagram post on May 16, 2025, is a final straw, with obfuscations, misdirections, lying under oath, framing the innocent, falsely acting under the color of prosecutorial authority (while being an “investigator” - a big no-no), culminating in a potential threat against an opposing political leader whom he wrote a book declaring his lasting opposition to, and through his title, recognizing the answers to “A Higher Loyalty” than presumably President Trump. The post, deleted after Secret Service scrutiny, came after two Trump assassination attempts, making Comey’s claim of ignorance laughable^[97]. His OIG Report on FISA abuses included a documented 245 instances of “I do not recall,” dozens more “I do not recall” in Congressional testimony (offered under oath) regarding the Steele Dossier, it’s provenance, how it ended up in FBI ‘evidence’, it’s laundering through Perkins Coie, his many instances of failure to recall regarding the “Midyear Exam” operation against Trump, Comey could not recall details surrounding the AG Lynch/Former President Clinton meetings on the Arizona tarmac, nor why it was DAG Yates had different recollections than the practiced ones Jim told the OIG - particularly about the “endgame” objectives of the “Midyear Exam”, as texted by Lisa Page, Trump is ‘“not ever going to become president, right? Right?!”

Perhaps most glaring of all was James B. Comey’s failure to recall critical details about Hillary’s 675,000 missing and deleted emails, the fact that on hundreds of occasions the “Top Secret” had been stripped from documents found within Huma Abedin’s “Insurance File” on Weiner’s Laptop (Iranian spy?)? Neither Abedin - nor any of the salient details surrounding the messages, emails, texts, documents, videos, audio recordings or top secret communications found on Anthony Weiner’s Laptop hidden in the notorious “Insurance File”.

Other “deviations in Comey’s behavior related the FBI “investigation” into the Awan Brothers spying ring on Congressional data and computer systems (including those on the House and Senate Intelligence Committees) was initiated under Comey’s ‘keen’ and ‘watchful’ eye. But Florida Congresswoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz certainly wanted to keep laptop contents secret from prying eyes allegedly after the Awan computers ended up in Washington DC lockup back in July 2017? The Awan Brothers were from Pakistan and managed data services for several elected representatives at the time. It was alleged the Awans were part of a Pakistani ISI intelligence network. Yet, even this didn’t awaken Jim’s careful inspection?
