Child Trafficking Rings & The Intelligence Networks That Run Them
PART 1: Who Were The Puppet Masters Behind Jeffrey Epstein’s Leveraged Empire? What Was The Hidden Political Payload?
Jeffrey Epstein was not your typical white-collar criminal. Epstein performed multiple crimes in multiple jurisdictions that spanned decades, while encouraging others to do so to accomplish a hidden agenda. This article seeks to reveal his hidden agenda and those who paid him for it. The now-deceased financier, who was indicted on federal sex trafficking charges in 2019, had connections to many of Wall Street’s biggest banks, hedge funds, the nation’s best universities, tech giants, global intelligence, and world leaders. How did Epstein, a convicted sex offender, manage to massage all these relationships and gain the confidence to wield influence in the most powerful places on the planet? And who benefited from his investments, actions, and developments?
The school Epstein first taught in was Dalton School in Manhattan, New York. At the time, the headmaster of the school was Donald Barr, whose son, William P. Barr later went on to become United States Attorney General under President Donald Trump in 2019. Donald Barr was credited with writing several novels and literary works, including “The Shadowy World of Men and Hobbits,” (1955) “Who Pushed Humpty Dumpty” (1971), and “Space Relations: A Slightly Gothic Interplanetary Tale” (1973), all of which harken darker involvements of spy craft, tradecraft, and hidden conflict under the cloaks of Science Fiction, Fantasy idiomatic lore. A sort of ‘hiding in plain sight’ for global intelligence agencies – no doubt, quite a helpful intelligence resume enhancer for Mr. Epstein’s Island honeypot (a theme explored in Mr. Barr’s “Space Relations” epic, published at the same time Epstein was welcomed by the Dalton school as a Math teacher. It should come as no surprise, then, that the Dalton School’s headmaster was publishing a fictional work, dedicated (in part) to the contributions of Mr. Alfred North Whitehead, as Mr. Barr quoted in the forward to his book:
“Human Sacrifice, Human Slavery are instances of great intuitions of religion and of civilized purposes expressing themselves by means of inherited brutalities of instinctive behaviour.”

While Epstein's background and details of his connections to Wall Street are still coming to light (despite a maelstrom of false ‘fact-checker’ cover-fire), we know that Epstein was born in 1953 and graduated from the prestigious Cooper Union in New York City in 1976. By the early 1980s, he had become a millionaire through his work as a stockbroker for Bear Stearns and Drexel Burnham Lambert. He also ran his own financial consulting firm, J. Epstein & Co., and was known for his lavish lifestyle and high-profile connections – remarkably reminiscent of a 1999 Hollywood film which came out around the same time as Epstein’s meteoric rise to financial, mathematical, computational, medicinal success.
The film was called “The Thomas Crown Affair,” and featured a New York genius stock broking agent of arbitrage, money launderer and thief with private island escapes in the Caribbean. The film’s central figure, Thomas Crown, plays fancy tricks on hapless cops. Thomas Crown has mastered their FBI investigation training manuals and uses their ham-handed investigative techniques for his personal
pleasure and profit. The Hollywood movie provides keen insight into how criminal money launderers use the art market to wash clean massive proceeds from thefts ranging from millions to billions. The ‘priceless’ works of art are merely a functional currency which transits borders without police or revenue oversight. This slight of financial hand plays a seminal role in the film – and, those in Epstein’s orbit (see Episode 616, The FBI & DOJ Affair).
WHO WERE THE PUPPET MASTERS BEHIND JEFFREY EPSTEIN’S LEVERAGED EMPIRE
From Goldman Sachs to JPMorgan Chase, Epstein had a number of ties to some of the biggest names in finance. At Goldman Sachs, Epstein was a financial consultant who worked with some of the firm’s biggest clients, including Microsoft (MSFT) and Starbucks (SBUX). He also had close ties to the top executives at the firm, including Noam Chomsky, a controversial professor at MIT. Another, being Bill Gates, the former CEO of Microsoft and very public digital health arch ‘villain’, who owns dozens of patents in digitized medicine. The common thread among Mr. Gates’ patents hint at a hidden agenda of his own. Some of Bill Gates’ patents are, one which identifies humans by their unique body movements, another which creates a genetic combinative compound called Luciferase and glows under UV light, and others related to digital medicine as a mechanism of permissive control critical to the success of Agenda 2030. Epstein also worked with JPMorgan Chase (JPM) and was a major investor in the bank’s Highbridge Capital Management hedge fund.
Recent revelations were produced in the JPMorgan Chase trial that prove CIA Director William Burns had three meetings with convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein in 2014, when Mr. Burns was deputy secretary of state. Also, President Barack Obama’s White House counsel, Kathryn Ruemmler has been exposed as having had dozens of meetings with Epstein, and even planned a trip with Epstein to Paris in 2015. Then she planned a trip to his notorious private Caribbean island getaway in 2017.
The calendar and email of JPMorgan Chase also prove that Bard College President Leon Botstein invited Epstein to his campus, and that Epstein brought a group of young female guests (some of whom were minors). Professor Noam Chomsky was scheduled to fly with Epstein to have dinner at his Manhattan townhouse in 2015. These connections, were all taking place between Mr. Obama’s Presidency, apparently involving key members of his cabinet, intelligence agencies and staff – and prove the fallacy of relying on ‘fact checkers’ who unanimously decried facts such as these ‘conspiracy theories’ and provided false exculpatory evidence to cover up Epstein’s relationships, schedules, and actions.
Some associates moved to distance themselves from him. His biggest known client, retail billionaire Leslie Wexner, later said he cut ties in 2007. Leslie Wexner was the founder and former CEO of the company L Brands, which was linked to the NXIVM group. According to a 2019 article by the New York Times, Wexner was the source of millions of dollars of funding for the group and maintained close ties with its leader, Keith Raniere.
Epstein also had close ties to two prominent universities, Harvard, and MIT. At Harvard, Epstein was a major donor and was also a board member of the university’s Program for Evolutionary Dynamics. At MIT, Epstein donated more than $7 million to the university and was given a faculty title as reward for his many donations. He also developed close ties with many of the university’s top scientists and staff, including Marvin Minsky and Nobel Prize-winning physicist Wolfgang Ketterle.
Epstein’s influence didn’t stop at academia and Wall Street; he was also a close friend of Prince Andrew, the Duke of York, and had close ties to the former CEO of Barclays, Jes Staley.
Jamie Dimon and Jes Staley, two JPMorgan executives, had a long-running relationship with Jeffrey Epstein. In 2009, Mr. Staley was elevated to the bank's corporate and investment unit, while Mary Erdoes took over asset and wealth management. Mr. Staley visited Little St. James Island the following November and emailed Epstein, "Presently, I'm in the hot tub with a glass of white wine. This is an amazing place. Truly amazing. Next time, we're here together. I owe you much. And I deeply appreciate our friendship. I have few so profound."
JPMorgan's compliance team were aware of Epstein's criminal activity. One officer sent an email in 2010 asking if Mr. Staley was still comfortable with the client given the new allegations of child trafficking and after Epstein’s 2008 child trafficking convictions. In a deposition for the lawsuit, Ms. Erdoes said the team noticed Epstein was making frequent large cash withdrawals, totaling $750,000 a year. Despite this, Mr. Staley has said he had no knowledge of the accusations and regrets their friendship. Mr. Staley’s denial doesn’t go down as smooth as that glass of wine in the Caribbean hot-tub. Could it just be that he simply regrets public exposure of these facts?
Epstein was also close to Apollo Global Management CEO Leon Black and had invested in the firm’s Highbridge Capital Management hedge fund. Epstein’s connections to high-profile figures and institutions have come under scrutiny since his 2019 arrest. In 2020, JPMorgan sued Mr. Staley for his role in Epstein’s activities. The suit was filed after Epstein’s accusers filed a lawsuit of their own against Deutsche Bank (DBK) and JPMorgan for their roles in his alleged activities. In 2021, Apollo Global Management launched an independent review of Epstein’s ties to the firm, and Mr. Black announced his plans to step down.
Epstein’s connections to Wall Street and academia were instrumental to his ability to build influence, amass wealth and to establish global leader connections. This collection of relational capital were of immense value to nation states and their intelligence agencies. His connections to powerful figures and institutions allowed him access to information and resources not generally available. Epstein’s ethical flexibility was of interest to those wielding power, just as described in Donald Barr’s book. These connections also appear to have enabled Epstein to exploit these relationships to evade criminal justice. It has become clear that criminal investigators were told to stand down from their work, rather than jeopardize his networked connections.
What about all the children who were trafficked by Epstein’s gal-pal Ghislaine Maxwell? Where is the public outrage or lack of FBI curiosity over all the missing children? What about the judges involved, who were more interested in keeping a lid on the evidence, rather than actual justice actually being served? What about Ghislaine’s father, who had professional ties to both the U.K.’s MI6 and Israel’s MOSAD? This story serves as a reminder that power and influence tempered with political blackmail provides the world’s Elite with irresistible incentive to do what they’re told.
Epstein’s connections expanded beyond Intelligence, Wall Street and Academia. Epstein also had close ties to the political world, having developed relationships with former President Bill Clinton, former UK Prime Minister Tony Blair, and former Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Olmert. Epstein also had a relationship with Donald Trump, who flew on Epstein’s jet to domestic destinations, dined at Mar-a-Lago many times, before President Trump eventually banned Epstein from his Mar-a-Lago estate after his alleged improprieties with one of President Trump’s staff.
Epstein’s connections to powerful people and institutions enabled him to avoid facing justice for his alleged crimes. In 2008, he was convicted of soliciting a minor for prostitution. Epstein was given a sweetheart plea-deal that allowed him to avoid a long prison sentence in exchange for simply writing down everything he did and agreeing to certain restrictions (which he, apparently, later ignored). The plea deal was widely and legitimately criticized for its leniency, and many of Epstein’s connections were called into question. The plea deal allowed Epstein to continue to fly to his island get-away and to his occult New Mexico ranch: the honeypot would continue.
The story of Jeffrey Epstein is a tale of hidden tastes and impolite pleasures of the Elite Class. Video and physical evidence such secret encounters provide, give Global Intelligence a hammer to keep their corrupt politicians in line. Epstein’s connections enabled him to amass untold wealth and influence, but also allowed him to evade justice. The consequences of Epstein’s actions are still being felt today, as his accusers are still seeking justice. The amount of monetary recovery has been made small by a slight valuation of his various estates, much smaller than their actual value.
Epstein’s many connections, and passionate international clientele remain unindicted, though there is the occasional pretense of ‘investigations,’ these go nowhere. What is clear, is that Epstein was able to use powerful people and institutions to his advantage, and that the law didn’t apply to either Epstein, nor those who frequented his island, his New York residence, or his New Mexico ranch. And apparently, the law doesn’t apply to the Intelligence agencies which benefited from Epstein’s secret video surveillance systems? What, for example, ever happened to the human entertainment caterer, allegedly Rachel Chandler? Where did she acquire her victims? What ever happened to them? Keep in mind, this problem is much bigger than toddlers being murdered at a island dinner party.
HIDDEN POLITICAL PAYLOAD
Those hidden puppeteers manipulating the corrupt politicians have much bigger fish to fry. Senator Church, at the conclusion of his 1976 Congressional Investigation reminded us,
“The National Security Agency’s capability at any time could be turned around on the American people, and no American would have any privacy left, such is the capability to monitor everything: telephone conversations, telegrams, it doesn’t matter. There would be no place to hide. If a dictator ever took over, the N.S.A. could enable it to impose total tyranny, and there would be no way to fight back.”
Truly sobering. But, Senator Church didn’t imagine what might happen when a corrupt Criminal Syndicate took control, as in the present case, where instead of merely observing and documenting what their political enemies say or do on private phone calls, they would instead manufacture false evidence of crimes against said enemies and poke those falsehoods into their computers, phones, records, speech – in real time. These corrupt intelligence agents and justice officials would even be so brazen as to lie to Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Courts to falsely persecute their enemies.
A ‘criminal syndicate’ is an organized group of people who secretly operate and work together to engage in activities such as money laundering, extortion, bribery, and other illegal activities to exert privileges of money, power, and influence. Yet, given recent facts which Mr. Durham revealed, this is precisely what that the DNC, FBI, DOJ and others secretly did! And to help get away with their crimes they enlisted corrupt media and tech giants to pull it off.
This criminal syndicate paid Russian spies Mr. Danchenko and Mr. Millian over $3M to manufacture and plant phony evidence against President Trump and his supporters; a corrupt media then took those false stories and ran with them. The tech giants then operated in monolithic conspiracy and enforced their false propaganda, while denying legitimate discussion of evidence which documented their lies.
Furthermore, the National Security Agency (NSA) can observe all communications in real time, including all criminal communications, movements, relationships, patterns of behavior and finances (whether US Dollar or BRICS denominated). Snowden showed us that even government contractors and administrators use highly sophisticated tools such as PRISM and Palantir’s Gotham which make a video game of dispatching their political enemies? Yet, despite the NSA’s ability to observe both the innocent and the guilty alike, the NSA still allowed the CIA and FBI to frame President Trump and his team?
Anthony Blinken still corralled 51 Intelligence Agents to falsely swear Hunter’s Laptop was all consistent with Russian Propaganda recipes of Cold War’s past? Democrats and RINO’s sitting on their Congressional Intelligence Oversight Committees still made-up stories and transcripts about their enemies in an effort to overthrow the will of the American People, defame and defile a US President and weaken the United States? What about the children clearly shown on Hunter’s Laptop (now proven to Hunter’s property), clearly showing them being sexually exploited?
What about the 30,000 unaccompanied children being flown monthly around the country in the middle of the night. Unsurprisingly, there are now nearly a hundred thousand of these undocumented children who have gone missing? What about the other open conspiracies and misprisions of treason evident throughout the 459 plus aggravated crimes documented from Hunter’s laptop? And no arrests nor investigations of Hunter or his criminal syndicate despite the fact that the FBI had the laptop in their possession since December 2019?
NSA remained silent as the grave.
We must also keep in mind that Artificial Intelligence (AI) has been around for decades and able to operate with hundreds of millions of individual nodes (or instances) operating simultaneously, each able to intelligently examine a world’s worth of information and deliver hundreds of millions of coherent and articulate analyses of targeted queries. Keep in mind that ChatGPT is the current ‘public’ AI interface, and has only been publicly available as a user interface in the last 3 months. AI has been around since January 1997 – and has been secretly used by those with power and access to exploit it.
Yet, none of the criminals have been brought to justice? Not even one? Think about what that means.
LATE BREAKING DEVELOPMENTS
On May 3rd 2023, Congressional Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene posted a video announcing that an FBI whistleblower has stepped forward with evidence that has since been buried by the FBI. Rep. Greene’s announcement called out an Unclassified Federal Whistleblower Form, FD-1023, which states that then-Vice President Joseph Robinette Biden made a pay-for-play deal, selling out his office and capacity as Vice President, and his influence over US Foreign Policy in exchange for cash from a foreign national.
This can only mean Ukraine and Chinese compromised foreign policy as we originally reported back in Time Machine Episodes 16 Treasured Islands; 18 Follow The Money; 22 Broken Bad; 38 Hireling Foreign Policy; and 41 Submarine Treachery which originally aired back in late April through early July 2019 which covered the this conspiracy chain. Furthermore, this likely also implicates Barack Obama and his entire executive staff, but, in particular, Hillary Clinton in her then-capacity as Secretary of State.
